Grinding wheel is mounted in wheel flange & can be fixed at one end of the shaft, pulley is provided at the other end having similar external taper at both ends. The grinding spindles can be fixed in the main body by means of bolting at one face and check nuts at the other end. These spindles are offered with sleeve diameter from 60 mm to 120 mm and length up to 1000 mm, RPM max-2000 with grease lubrication for long life in standard as well as customers required design.

Timing Pulleys are used to give drive to belt driven spindles. The size of the Pulleys are selected looking to the required RPM of the spindle. Crowned Pulleys are where lesser torque and high RPM are required, while V-Groove pulleys re used where lesser RPM and High Torque is required. Pullies can be dynamically balanced to minimize vibration levels which will further effect the quality of the end job.
